Currently we take BCBS, Missouri Medicaid, UHC KanCare, and UHC.

We do offer private pay physical therapy and our costs are below:
Initial Evaluation: $175
Re-Evaluation: $175
Equipment Evaluation: $175
Regular Visit: $125

We provide in-home physical therapy services but can see children at day care if approved through your day care provider. We also welcome visits in the community, such as parks and playgrounds.

We are experienced with treating and evaluating children who need adaptive equipment such as gait trainers, manual and power wheelchairs, standers, toileting equipment, orthotics and others. We will work with the DME provider or ATP to submit the documentation needed to your insurance company.

Yes, an order from your physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner is required whether the services are paid through insurance or private pay.

Please fill out the referral form on the website and we will contact your physician to receive the order required for us to treat your child. All new patient paperwork is located on our website under the new patient tab. When we receive the information from you, we will contact you to schedule the initial evaluation.
